Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days. The Hobby Quest uses a variety of shipment carriers. We can accommodate requests for preferred shippers. The Hobby Quest reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package. After shipment was send you may contact the carrier for instructions on available options. Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. We are not responsible for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of stolen merchandise. You may be responsible for any legal or collection action related to the shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Privacy & Security
The Hobby Quest is a firm believer in the protection of its online customers' privacy. We’re using 256 bit encryption in our Shop to protect your personal information while using our online services. Our site uses an online ordering system for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their names, address, telephone number and e-mail address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.. • E-mail addresses are collected only for the purpose of contacting you in the future. We WILL NOT sell or rent your e-mail address to other companies or individuals. • We do not collect the personal information for children under the age of 13. We are prohibited from conditioning a child's participation in an activity on the child disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary. In cases where we have inadvertently collected personal information of a child, the parent can always review this information, choose to have this information deleted from our records and refuse to permit further collection or use of this information. • We do occasionally share portions of our customer postal mailing list with trusted and approved high-quality companies. We choose these companies on a very high standard and will only allow postal mailings for offers which we feel you may be interested in. We never sell or rent e-mail addresses, phone numbers or financial information. To protect our customers' accounts we do not accept third-party requests to modify customers' privacy preferences. The Hobby Quest respects its customers' privacy and works diligently to protect it. Material changes to The Hobby Quest privacy policies will be posted in this Privacy Statement. Returns & Replacements
DAMAGED RETURNS: Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our Order Assistance line immediately 201-532-4392. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS: If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you call our Order Assistance line before taking any action.

Parental Verification of Orders
Unestablished customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed by phone before an order will be processed. THE HOBBY QUEST INVOICE NUMBER Your customer number can be found on your invoice and may. Please use the same invoice number whenever you contact us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The Hobby Quest accepts Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as payment on orders shipping to anywhere in the world. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime phone numbers. If the billing address or security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved. Repeated attempts to authorize your credit card on the same order may result in an additional charge. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred by using a Debit Card for your purchase and/or return credit.
